We've made it guys. Officially made it to the end of January 2021! It's been a weird old time. But one thing we can all do to cheer ourselves up is bake (and eat) at home. 'Recipes with Rozzy' is our new IGTV series where you can learn a fab new vegan treat recipe every week. Every Monday evening you can catch the videos. This is literally the EASIEST recipe you can wish for. It's also delicious, indulgent, sweet, smooth, rich. Anything you want from a dessert. I enjoy it most with a cuppa in the afternoon. Its that 3pm slump YGM?!
ALL YOUR GOING TO NEED IS...
200g Vegan Dark Chocolate and 185g Hazelnut Butter
You just melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring in between. Then mix in the hazelnut butter until well combined. Line a small tin (I used a 6 inch square tin) with baking paper. Pour into the lined tin, sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and pop in the freezer for 30 mins.
THATS LITERALLY IT!
