Product Questions
Are all your products Vegan?
Yes, everything on our menu is completely Vegan. However, there are a few ingredients, which are produced in a factory that also handles dairy (e.g Oreos), so we cannot 100% guarantee there are no traces.
I have an allergy, do your products contain nuts?
Some of our products do contain nuts and all products are created in the same kitchen. Although all efforts are made to avoid cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that products will be completely free from the following allergens- peanuts, soy, wheat flour.
Are your products gluten and dairy free?
Our Peanut Nougat Bars are gluten free! Our Tiffin bars are not gluten free as they contain biscuits. All our products are free from Dairy. 
Do I have to keep my bars in the fridge?
We recommend that you keep your bars chilled! We think the Tiffin bars are extra tasty straight from the fridge. If you prefer a softer bar though, you can leave them out of the fridge. However the Peanut Nougat Bars (AKA Snickers) and the Speculoo's Nougat Bars should be kept refrigerated.
How long will my bars last?
We are proud to say that none of our products contain any nasty preservatives. Our Peanut Nougat Bars and Speculoo's Nougat Bars have a shelf life of 3-4 weeks. Our Tiffin Bars have a shelf life of 3-4 months (but we doubt they will last this long, as they are so delicious!)
How do you source your ingredients?
Our ingredients are sourced sustainably and ethically from our manufacturers. For any extra info you can contact us on info@ohmychoc.co.uk.
Are your products available for wholesale and/ or events?
Yes, they are! We are proud to be stocked in many cafes and zero waste shops in and outside of London. If you think our bars would be a good fit for your cafe/ shop/ event please contact us via email info@ohmychoc.co.uk and we can have a chat.
Order Questions
Can I add a gift message into my order?
You sure can! We have very cute postcards, which we can pop a personalised message on. If you would like a gift message added, please just add a note to your order and let us know.
Can I use more than 1 discount code on my order?
You can only use 1 discount code per order.
Can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind after placing your order, please let us know within 24 hours. You can pop us an email at info@ohmychoc.co.uk or use the 'Contact Us' form. Send us a message with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Shipping Questions
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Products are made fresh to order each week on Mondays and Tuesdays. Postal days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The deadline for postage the following week is Saturday. So, for example, if you order between Tuesday-Saturday, your order will be made the following Monday and shipped on the Tuesday or Wednesday. 
How do you ship your orders?
We ship Royal Mail 24 hour tracked. Postal days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so your order should arrive either on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
Can I choose when I want my order delivered?
Getting that order in early?! Custom deliveries are available. Please just pop over an email to info@ohmychoc.co.uk and/or add a note to your order specifying when you would like it delivered.
How much is postage?
It costs £4.50 to ship Royal Mail 24 hour tracked. Orders over £35 qualify for free shipping.
Do you ship abroad?
We offer free UK delivery. If you live outside the UK and you are interested in placing an order, please pop us a message on info@ohmychoc.co.uk. We may be able to ship to you, if you are happy to pay for the extra postage costs.
