Biscoff Blondies


You don't get much better than this! Our incredible collab with @bakedbybon and @northern_bloc is the most delicious and indulgent Vegan dessert recipe!

BISCOFF BLONDIES

140g Vegan Butter

75g Dark Brown Sugar

2 Flax Eggs 

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

150g Plain Flour

110g Chopped Dark Chocolate Chips

 

@ohmychocuk Honeycomb & Speculoo's Tiffin

METHOD

1. Preheat your oven to 160oc (fan). Grease and line a 7 inch square tin.

2. Make you flax eggs, add 2 tbsp. of flaxseed to 6 tbsp. warm water and leave to thicken for 5 mins.

3. In a microwave bowl, melt the vegan butter and sugar together.

4. Mix in the flax eggs and vanilla.

5. Fold in the chocolate

6. Pour the blondie mix into the tin and spread the Biscoff spread on top.

7.Chop up some @ohmychocuk Honeycomb & Speculoo's Tiffin and scatter on top.

8. Cook for 25 minutes and then scatter some more Tiffin on top.

9. Leave to cool completely as it will set and then enjoy with some @northern_bloc ice cream on top.
